Around weeks 28 to 34 is when many mums choose to shoot: the bump is clearly round and photogenic, while you are still light enough to move and pose comfortably. After week 35 is fine too — just let us know so the team can pace the session more gently.

Time of day

Morning or early afternoon is usually when mums feel best. Choose whatever time feels comfortable for you and the team will arrange around it.
