The Gao Nau team
“Gao Nau was not born from a business formula. It was born from a belief.”
That belief does not belong to one person — it is held by an entire team. Every member of Gao Nau, from photographer to makeup artist, from retoucher to consultant, shares one conviction: Vietnamese women deserve to see their true beauty reflected back.
We do not chase trends. No stiff posing, no heavy makeup, no retouching that erases the face we love. The Gao Nau approach is softer, more respectful, more authentically Vietnamese.
Since 2021, the philosophy of honoring real beauty, never manufacturing a fake one has guided every shoot — and remains the promise the entire team keeps.
Our journey
Five years walking alongside Vietnamese women
Gao Nau began as a small studio in Hanoi — built on the belief that Vietnamese women deserve to be photographed beautifully, in their own way
Opened a second studio in Ho Chi Minh City — bringing the Gao Nau philosophy to women in the South
Launched a collection of more than 50 signature ao dai designs — each garment a Vietnamese story
Walked alongside 5,000 women — each one a story we cherish
Introduced pre-session care — face masks and foot massages so every guest feels truly relaxed before sharing her story
