How does the keep-it-real process apply to individual packages?+

Fully applied. Gạo Nâu retouchers preserve your smile lines, freckles, beauty marks, and natural skin texture. We do NOT lighten skin more than 2 tones, do NOT narrow the waist, do NOT stretch legs, do NOT enlarge eyes. Final test: does your mother recognize you in the photo?

Can we shoot outdoors?+

Yes. All three packages can add outdoor locations — cost depends on location and distance. The consultant provides detailed pricing when you confirm your specific location.

How much is the deposit — is it refundable?+

Deposit 30-50% of the total package value at booking. The remainder is paid right after the shoot. The studio does not refund the deposit if the cancellation is not the studio's fault, but you can transfer the deposit to a relative — contact the consultant for transfer support.

Can I shoot at both branches?+

Yes. The individual package applies at both branches: Hanoi (Meco Complex, 102 Truong Chinh, Kim Lien) and HCMC (351/45 Le Van Sy, Nhieu Loc). Process and quality are identical — choose the branch nearest you.
